Real Talk

Welcome to Real Talk, a groundbreaking non-clinical mental health program brought to you by Talk Out Loud. Our program is changing the way we approach mental health, providing a safe and supportive space for authentic conversations about mental well-being.

At Real Talk, we believe that mental health is a multifaceted and individual experience, and we take a holistic approach to address it. Our experienced mental health professionals facilitate engaging and interactive sessions that encourage participants to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a non-judgmental environment. Through group discussions, storytelling, creative expression activities, and mindfulness exercises, individuals gain self-awareness, resilience, and coping strategies, leading to a deeper understanding of their mental health experiences.

Real Talk is not a therapy or counseling program, but rather a collaborative and empowering space where individuals can openly express themselves without fear of judgment or diagnosis. It is designed for those who may not feel comfortable seeking traditional clinical mental health services or who are looking for additional support alongside their existing care.

“My daughter was having issues with bullying , mental health and grief. I was not sure what to do or where to go as it was affecting her in every way. I heard about Talk Out Loud and went online to investigate. I noticed they had a range of sessions, activities and support for not only my child but myself as well. I made a Real Talk appointment and took my child to see them. We were greeted in a welcoming and comforting way and my child instantly felt comfortable. It really helped her to deal with her problems and ‘talk out loud’ about what was troubling her. Thank you to everyone who has helped us in any way.”

Sarah, parent.
